We went away for the long weekend and it totally turned into Cash's last stand as an only child. Pendleton, Oregon was the destination of choice just because we had never been to Eastern Oregon and it's a bit of an old west-y kind of town. (They even stamp the concrete sidewalks downtown to look like old fashioned wood planks!) Pictures don't do justice to the amount of fun the boy had. His favorite part, though, was going to the hotel fitness room and pool with Daddy. Oh, and two days in a row with ice cream wasn't bad, either.
